7. Jake Locker (QB - Washington) - After withdrawing from the draft and clearing any air from the NFL Draft, Locker enters the season as a Heisman Hopeful and a potential early first round pick.

10. Terrelle Pryor (Ohio State) - Pryor entered college with as much hype as any recent athelete. He was not only one of the best football recruits but also a basketball gem. Now that Pryor has some experience to compliment his athleticism, Pryor could be lethal to defenses. He has consistently received praise this offseason which has made him a trendy Heisman pick lately.
